John R. Jones married Mary T. Rice in Brunswick County 11 Dec 1839, BCVM, p. 72. In 1850 they were residing in Brunswick County with William, age 9, Margaret 6, Mary 2, and six-month-old Ravenscroft. Their son Thomas had died four years earlier, Family 394.
